My truck is a 2005 Chevy Silverado Z71. The amazon app says this valance won't fit this truck (the Z71 trim) but it fit perfectly. The install was not too bad for my 69 yo body so should be a breeze for those younger. Happy with my purchase.

Product was a great upgrade from my old nasty valance. Packaging stated Made in USA, don't know if it was the product or the packaging but fit great and looks great. Factory used push pin type connectors throughout. New unit came with threaded push on connectors on sides and center, five altogether. Was metric M6 x 1.0 size. I had to either remove them or purchase the bolts. I purchased 25mm (1") bolts, had some fender washers in on shelf. Replaced all the rest of the push pin fasteners. Purchasing bolts no problem, local O'Reilly's has them. ... show more

While the look and finish overall is ok. It has an imprefection in the corner. I may be able to fix it by drilling into the bumper. If fit perfectly against the bumper, it would get 5 stars. (May take off and recondition the oem.)
