My scalp is so sensitive and I’m always dealing with it being dry, then itchy, then too greasy etc. it’s never just balanced. I tried this product and the results worked great, totally balanced scalp! The best part though was the experience!     • Works, but kind of a pain to use
Unlike other scalp treatments, this one requires you to use on dry hair/scalp, and because it's a foam/mousse, you need to separate your hair into multiple sections, apply directly onto the scalp, massage into the scalp, then wait 3 minutes before rinsing and continuing with your hair washing routine. Because of this process, I would often forget to do the treatment, often just jumping into the shower, even though the bottle was sitting right out on my counter! Aveda has a scalp treatment that works just as well, can be used on dry or wet scalp, is a liquid and easier to apply. With the Aveda treatment, its easy to keep the product in the shower, apply once your in - no dividing hair into sections, no waiting 3 minutes - just apply briefly massage in, rinse and continue! ... show more
