Easily slip on, feel great. I wear a 10.5 so had to get an 11 so these are just a tad long but I'm use to that with boots.

Great overall! Stylish and comfortable. Only cons are that they scratch easily (which can be buffed out) and that they fit large (I usually wear an 11.5, only 12 was available; Dr school's inserts made them fit like an 11.5)

It has taken over 4 weeks to attempt to receive a refund. After 4 phone calls with customer service I don't think I am done chasing my money. Amazon has no issue taking my money when I order something. They do have a problem with returning the money after the item has been shipped back nearly a month ago. Product review: I forgot boots size different than tennis shoes. I wear a size 13 in tennis shoes and an 11-1/2 in boots. These boots are not what I would consider comfortable. Boot inserts are needed for comfort. However, I did not attempt to add inserts since the boots did not fit.

These boots are of good quality construction and look really nice. The insert is a bit thin so I added a full length insert to increase comfort. Thankfully, the boot fits slightly large or I wouldn't have been able to utilize an insert without wearing very thin socks (not great for a winter boot). I ordered a size 9 and am normally a 9.5 to 10 depending on the manufacturer. These boots now fit well (with the added insert) and are quite comfortable. I like the simple slip on/off and the pull tab at the back is quite useful for this. Overall, a great looking boot that I'm quite happy with.
