This is a book you will find yourself diving into every time you feel like you need re-fueling as a Women's Ministry Leader. It has a kind of 'fluidity' that allows you to continually reconstruct to fit your particular culture or size ministry. It is not the kind of book I would just sit and naturally read through cover to cover - but is more like a waiting consultant I can trust for something fresh...
