Color:Blue Mélange/Sky Blue Thinking about expanding your family one day? The Bugaboo Donkey 2 Mono can be converted to a side-by-side double stroller with the duo extension set (available for purchase separately). With just three simple clicks, your baby stroller is ready for two. Even with the side-by-side configuration, the double stroller will still fit through standard doorways, so getting out and about feels all the more manageable. From groceries to toys for your child, the handy side luggage basket is ideal for those grab-and-go moments and keeping your essentials at hand. It comes complete with pockets and a cover to keep your belongings organized and safe. Thanks to the front swivel wheels, tight turn radius, and fully adjustable handlebar, the Bugaboo Donkey 2 is easy to push and maneuver with one hand. No terrain is too rough for these big foam-filled tires, which make every ride smooth and seamless. It can even be converted to the two-wheel position for an easier ride through sand or snow. The road less traveled is no match for the Donkey 2, even when the stroller is fully loaded or converted to a double stroller. Every mom knows that a stroller that reclines is a must. Effortlessly switch the position of the seat in your reclinable stroller to suit your child’s mood—facing you for extra contact or facing the world when they’re ready to take it all in. If you’re strolling with two children, the side by side sibling stroller promotes interaction between the children and parent at eye level, forming the ultimate bond. Our double strollers also have a 3-position recline for napping on the go. Recline the seat for nap time and position it upright when they want to take in the sights. As with every Bugaboo folding stroller, the Donkey 2 has undergone over 1,500 safety tests for quality you can trust. Durable, long-lasting, and comfortably maneuverable, it’s perfect for parents who are looking for spacious storage or planning to expand their family.

  • Be aware of the older model - max weight limit difference
Color: Grey/Red
I received an older model of the stroller that has a max capacity of 37.5 lbs (manufactured in 2017). Although the description on Amazon and on Bugaboo's official website both states that the Bugaboo Donkey 2 stroller has a max weight of 50 lbs. This is an expensive purchase so I definitely want to get more usage out of the stroller, that's why the max child weight actually matters. I contacted Amazon and they sent me a replacement stroller (manufactured in 2018). However, the manual in the box still says that the max weight is 37.5 lbs. I was going to return both strollers but thought why not call Bugaboo directly and see what's the deal with the max weight difference. What I found out was that if the stroller was manufactured before 7/1/2018 then the max weight limit is 37.5 lbs. Anything manufactured 7/2/2018 and after should have a weight limit of 50 lbs. You can provide bugaboo the serial number on the stroller so they can tell you the accurate weight limit for your specific stroller. It ends up that my replacement order does indeed have a 50 lbs. max weight limit. But since it was a running change the manual in the box wasn't updated to reflect that. I end up keeping the replacement. Hope this can be of help to others. Call bugaboo and provide your strollers serial number to check on the max weight limit of the product you received. ... show more

  • BEST STROLLER IF YOU HAVE/WANT MULTIPLE KIDS!
Color: Grey/Red
Bugaboo Donkey2 where have you been all my life! With a baby on the way and a toddler in tow I knew I needed to find the best stroller option for my growing family. I have the UppaBaby Vista, and while I like it for some things, I find it bulky and very heavy when taking it anywhere (and we go from the suburbs to the city quite a bit). I did a ton of research on double strollers and nothing else out there can convert from a roomy single stroller for my toddler, to a double stroller for both babies, while still being easy to transport and travel with. When I am out and about with my toddler I have more storage than I ever thought possible (I never knew I NEEDED the side basket in my life) and once baby arrives, I will be able to get both kids around, while still having a ton of storage under the seats. One feature I didn’t love with converting the UppaBaby Vista to a double stroller, was the fact that it was not side by side and my toddler would be riding super low to the ground. With my Donkey2 this is not an issue since both babies are right next to each other and on the same level (which is easier for me too!). Ultimately, the most shocking feature of this stroller was the fact that I can still fit through a standard doorway in double mode. I am so happy I invested the time to really research which stroller would be best for my growing family and I am so happy I found the Donkey2. This is really the only stroller you will ever need if you plan to have multiple kids and I wish I had found it sooner! ... show more

  • Hey Uppababy Vista.... bye girl!
Color: Black
As a busy mom, Amazon has become my second husband and I can honestly say that after hundreds of purchases ...I’ve never written a single review. Our Uppababy Vista served us well with our first child . When our 2nd came around we got the Rumble seat attachment ....Different Story ! The chasis seemed confused as to how to handle the newer and contrasting weight distribution. Enter the Bugaboo Cons 1st The instructions need to be more detailed with wording and numbers ( VS just arrows ) . I wish the seats came dressed and ready to go out of the box . Aside from that... I can confidently proclaim that everything is legitimately better . The push and ride is super smooth and extremely planted. I can turn the entire stroller (with both kiddos )with my 2 index fingers . The materials are top notch and have exceeded my expectations. I suppose you don’t know what you’re missing ... until you try it , but now we can NEVER go back ! Passed the husband test with flying colors . He calls it the baby Range Rover :) Highly recommend The Bugaboo Donkey 2 !! ... show more

  • Best but Bulky
This stroller replaced our Chicco Bravo stroller. Our Chicco’s front wheel stopped rotating properly so my husband fixed it and then the back wheels have just started squeaking. Haven’t even had it a year. The Bugaboo handles a lot better. It is a smooth ride and very sturdy. I like the wheels, they mimic real tires. I’m pushing it and not feeling it go over small bumps in the pavement. Our old stroller was very stiff and weak when it compares to the Bugaboo. I like the buckle for the straps. Everything just snaps into a round buckle that has one button to undo it all. No, your baby won’t unbuckle this simple buckle. It’s genius and a time saver. The Chicco took more time to strap your baby in. I can’t say anything about the bassinet due to my baby being 10 months already. However, the toddler seat is rockable with the recline lever. I can rock him slowly at the doctor’s office, up and down, with this recline feature. What I don’t like about the Bugaboo is the latches to fold it down...took me awile to get that. Might just be me though because my husband could do it easy and was laughing at me. Also, this stroller takes up most of the space in the trunk of my 2014 Nissan Murano. I only take the basket off, recline the seat to a plank level, and close it up. Taking everything off, and removing the wheels, would help a bit but take me longer. I bought the footmuff separately and it’s been great for the temperature slowly dropping in our area. I am overall satisfied with this stroller. It can take up room in my trunk any day, as long as it continues to serve me well. Lastly, to the person who posted a review saying they got an old model - I did not. Mine is dated May 2018. ... show more
