Was worried about using them with whites or light colors but have done several loads with them and did not see any gray fiber on anything including white sheets and pillow cases. I like that the package comes with six of them so you can have separate ones for different applications. Some could be scented with oils for some clothes and others plain for other laundry items. The quality/performance is nice they help my clothes dry quicker with less static. They are uniform in size and shape. I can't believe I waited so long to switch from dryer sheets to wool dryer balls- I will never go back, these are amazing. They cut my drying time down, keep clothes fluffy, and help with wrinkles. I prefer scent free laundry but I have added essential oils to them for when guests are staying and it does a nice job adding fragrance to bedding etc. The directions state using different amount of balls based on size of load, I usually use all 6. ... show more

I didn’t believe in these at first but now it’s all I allow in my laundry room. The best thing since they out mayonnaise in a jar. You have to replace them but I save them all. The more you have the better your laundry stays fresh and doesn’t wrinkle.

This was an item I didn't know existed and definitely didn't know would become a must have! I love that they're not toxic like dryer sheets but help reduce static in your clothes. I also appreciate that they have a dual purpose to roll around in your clothes to help them dry better as well.

Not to be misleading but other wool dryer balls I’ve used are the size of a lacrosse ball. These are more softball sized. They’re also not so tightly woven that they just knock about in the dryer. They actually help absorb the moisture from the fabric. I use a lot of essential oils and these do not hold the scent like other dryer balls have done. Great performance! They seem very durable. And the fact that they’re larger means they don’t get stuck in as many sleeves and pants legs. All around great product!! ... show more

These wool dryer balls work very well. Softness is very good and an added bonus is that cleaning the lint trap is easier - no dryer sheet residue on the screen so lint comes off easily and much less lint "spray" coming from cleaning.
