Not as easy to clean as I would like since the ceramic has a rough texture to it and the cones leave sticky residue behind so…. Do not use cloth or paper to clean as fibers will get left behind. I recommend cleaning with a brush instead. Other than that i love the aesthetic of this piece and use it often. ... show more

I’m writing a five star review because it’s exactly what it says it is. Of course they’re not sending very good incense with it, and that’s why people are saying it doesn’t fill the cup up because it’s cheap incense. Buy yourself some good incense, and don’t let it be in a breeze. work exactly the way it says it does. Some people just do not read all The instructions it’s a backflow so you have to have backflow incense and it does say that in the description. Love love, love this. ... show more

Glow: Very happy with this. It worked with the cones I already had and came with decent scents and a set of tweezers, as well as a nice little medallion to let it sit on. It's a lovely ornament to have on the shelf even when not burning. It's a fantastic way to focus while meditating or just to enjoy. Cones last about 20 minutes which is great for a meditation session. Drawbacks: Very minor complaints. The cones provided don't have any scent indicators (they're just in a bag with different random cones) so having to do trial and error to find what each scent was. The initial burn doesn't work as it does in the videos, but after you've burned a couple of cones it will leave a thin oil layer that helps the flow and it works exactly as described. ... show more

The flow of the incense is amazing as I meditate. So long as u have the proper incense cones with the hole at the bottom it works just as pictured, if it doesn't, just move it away from down flow of air, such as ceiling fan or a/c vent.
