Works great for me! There's 6 different holes and each one is a different size. I like the fact that I can use different types or sizes, be it with or without the stick stems or even the cone incense. If my stem is too skinny (causing the incent to lean), breaking it off to make it shorter keeps the incense firmly put in any one of the six holes provided OR - breaking the stem and then using the other half of the stick to fit the incense in the largest middle hole works great too! Either way it stands straight up and catches all the ash each time. The tray cleans up easily and the lotus is much prettier than having the basic wooden incense holders. I'm happy with it!

I've been using my lotus incense holder for quite some time and it works for the stick incense for the most part. However, I do have thicker incense sticks and won't fit in the center slot. That's ok, I use aluminum foil for the thicker ones and shape it in my glass I don't use to burn them. Overall, it's a gorgeous product and I'm happy with them.

I wanted to love this! It is very pretty, BUT it does not hold any of my 6 types of incense upright. So the ash gets all over my counter. It doesn't seem stable.

for the price it's a nice piece and does what it needs to (hold incense) however it can only really hold 1 of any size at a time, the holes are just small/big enough that additional incense doesn't fit. the petals also come apart easily for easy cleaning, but that also means if you move it around, you risk scattering any ashes sitting on it

I don’t like that it is so tiny and the ashes fall outside of the incense holder. I have to put something under it to catch the ashes. I do like the holes. They are different sizes. I usually burn two incense at a.time. The quality of the incense is great. Not sure if they all smell the same. Just used one box so far, “Good Vibes”. Smells great!

Doesn’t catch the ash at all, it’s super tiny, and comes apart for some reason, not sure of the functionality of it but this did not work for me. The holes are not deep and barely hold my incense sticks. I’m disappointed I wasted my money on this. It’s cute and the idea of it is nice, but it does not function well for me.

All it takes is some common sense to get this holder to work properly. If you stick the incense in the center without cutting the end down, then yes, it will tilt because it’s long and top-heavy. Obviously you don’t want to light it like that or you’ll get ash everywhere around it. I trimmed the end of the incense until it stood straight up in one of the holes, and it caught all falling ash perfectly. Also, this comes in two pieces so that when you need to dump the ash, you just take the top piece off and dump them both. It’s made like this so that is easier to clean. The pieces don’t need to attach super tightly for it to be secure. I have no complaints about this item.

I thought the flower was going to be a little bigger but it’s fairly small. It doesn’t hold the well and even if you get it to stand up straight the incense ash also falls out of the flower tray.
