    • Works great, could use two small improvements

Firstly, I really like this product. If you want to measure airflow, this is a great tool, and worth the money. I use it for dryer vent cleaning and when replacing dryer ducts. There are two improvements I would recommend (both of which I work-around, today): 1) The font on the "units" is really small. I need to really squint to make sure I have the proper units. If your eyes are better than mine, you probably won't have this problem. 2) I am often holding this over my head, or under a deck, or some other place where it is hard to see. It does have Average and Min/Max modes, but I prefer to see the reading, and see how it is increasing/decreasing. Ideally, this would have a display that is angled, so it can be read when the screen is not directly facing the user. Again, the product is good and worth purchasing. When (if) they come out with a v2.0 that includes these features, I will buy it again! ... show more

A nice unit if you don't mind not using the app, but maybe it's the iphone version? The bluetooth connected right up and the app installed just fine, but I wasn't able to change any of the settings through the app unless I changed them on the unit first. Selecting the button to change to knots or mph and nothing. If i change it on the unit, then it works only that time. Returned the unit because I can't use it if it's 20 feet in the air on a pole. ... show more

I use it a lot especially at the range. Very accurate and is easy to use. Only thing is it is a little big to carry around in your pocket. Great for back pack.

Excellent for the price. I live in Florida, so the winds can be interesting here. I have a weather station but it doesn't seem to get the wind speeds just right. This seems very accurate. I also do drone work, so it helps there. Good value for the money.

I purchased this specifically to measure the air flow of my dust collector. The BT-100 specs on the site says it is rated to read up to 67 mph, or 30 m/s, which is what I needed. It is indeed very sensitive and easy to use; however I found that it is only meant to be used in ONE direction. Per the attached pictures, it has an air flow direction marking, and reads "Hi" if used in the other direction at any significantly high speed. I checked and it does read the air speed if I turned it around to the indicated direction, but unfortunately I cannot read the display that way. There is no mention of this limitation anywhere on the site. I will be returning this for something which lives up to what is advertized. ... show more
