I am 5’4” and 140lbs and a 36D and ordered a medium. I love the look of this dress and will be keeping but think I could have gone for a small as the top is a little big. It will be fine and I may take an inch out of the shoulder strap to help so I am keeping but if I order a new color I will go with a small. The length is perfect and can be dressed up with summer wedges or down with flip flops or flat sandals. A great piece that I will wear a lot this summer. ... show more

It is super cute! I usually wear a large or XL - I am 5’9 and curvy/athletic. I wish it worked for me but sadly the waist hit me weird and instead of it being flowy it really accentuates the hips on me, making it look all wrong in my opinion. If it fit my body better it would be a 5/5!

I got so many compliments when I worse this dress! Everyone loved it and 5 people ordered one (all from seeing it the one time I wore it). It's is super comfy. A great summer or spring dress. Great for baby showers, day weddings, fun evening, etc. Cool and flowy and very flattering. The stretch at the top makes it easy to work for anyone. I went one size up because my boots are larger than most who wear a small or medium. And it was perfect. I could have worn my regular size, but the stretch made it work either way. Really pretty pattern and flattering dress! Top is smocked and can accommodate a variety sizes. I generally wear a size 14 and I ordered both the L and XL. The XL was too big in the top and I felt like I was swimming in fabric in the skirt. The L fit great! L could accommodate my hourglass figure (36F bust, big booty). Also the skirt is lined so it is not sheer. I wore this for a special occasion/fancy lunch but it could have also been worn for a garden party, spring/summer wedding, or brunch. However, the “scrunch” material of the top diminishes the quality a pit and the rest of the fabric looks a bit cheap.
