I have the worst luck doing my nails at home. I've tried every trick in the book to get my polish to last but inevitably get chips within a day. For that reason I've loved getting gel manicures at the salon, but don't do it often because it gets expensive and it wrecks my nails when it gets removed. I've also tried dipping powder, mineral bond powder, and stick ons (the soft ones), and they either didn't last and/or were a nightmare to get off. So I was skeptical of these, expecting them to come off right away, but a friend of mine was raving about them so I decided to give them a try. I used both the adhesive tabs and the glue like she recommended and that created a really firm hold. The nails were pretty easy to get on for a novice, but my right hand got a little tricky, especially since I did my left hand first. They looked amazing on and I loved that I could get some extra length since my nails often chip before they can get too long. They say they're "short" but for someone like me they are quite long. I kept them at their original length for a day or two, but found it too hard to function. They were super easy to cut down to a more manageable length using my nail clippers and a file. I did have one nail get knocked loose on my second day while I was cleaning (before I shortened them) and I figured that was a sign that they weren't going to last long. I did reapply it though and shorten them to minimize the risk of getting them jammed loose. After that I had no problems. I wore them for about a week and a half before deciding to take them off. They were still securely attached, but they were starting to grow out just enough that my hair was getting stuck underneath at the bottom and it was getting annoying. Given my track record for home manicures I'd consider that an epic success! They were a little annoying to get off, but not too bad. I soaked my nails in some hot water with oil and acetone as recommended, but it didn't seem to loosen them noticeably. I had to use the wooden stick and really get underneath to pry them loose. Since I used the adhesive strips, I had a good bit of that goop leftover on my nails. It was pretty easy to buff off with my dremmel though and then I just finished my nails off with a quick pass of my nail buffer and they looked great - no damage. I also cleaned up the nails with my dremmel so I can use them again. I assume they will work just fine since I reused the one that got knocked loose, so in that regard it's a great value for the money. Highly recommend.

Holy smokes these are awesome! I’ve been getting my nails done (acrylic and gel) at the salon for YEEEARS! Salons prices are increasing so much where I spend $50 plus sometimes for a full set (I’m in chicago)…so these nails are a great alternative. Let me start by saying that I do not have full mobility in my left hand, but I went very slow and it went well. I bought another type of nail glue and bonder (I mean, I learned some things from doing my nails for over 20 years at salons), but this set has everything you need (except bonder, but it’s not necessary). I filed the top of my nails to make them rough so the bonder sticks well to the nail. Do this step before applying the glue. I didn’t use adhesive and glue that came with (but I will next time. This is the first time that I used these), but using both will make the nails last longer (as per instructions). The strength of the nails are great. It’s like your real nail but stronger and less than the thick acrylic that you get that salon. Therefore, these look natural. The application is simple. It’s definitely a learning curve though, especially with the French nails because you can see air bubbles if you don’t do it right. Here’s a TIP: if the nails are too curvy for your nail bed, dip them in hot water a few times to mold them to your size… they will fit perfectly. After this first time using, I immediately bought more. I love these so much! I’m obsessed with this process now.

I can’t say how the other designs are but purchased the nude nails to wear for a wedding and with the proper nail prep they lasted so well! I washed dishes many times, opened items, and accidentally hit my nails against hard surfaces and so far none have come off or lifted. I also received many compliments for my nails and people were surprised when I told them they are press ons. Saves me so much money compared to the salons! Only downside is the numbers behind the nails are hard to find when you are sizing but there’s a good variety so you might be able to get two sets out of one if you’re lucky. My nail prep: Use cuticle pusher to clean cuticles Trim any excess skin/cuticles Lightly buff all nail beds Use the alcohol pads to clean each nail well Apply glue on your nail and a little on the press on Let glue sit for maybe 5 seconds Apply nail at an angle and hold for 45 secs Use cuticle oil after Also best to put these on when you can avoid water for a long time. I put them on before going to bed and woke up with sturdy pretty nails!

I put these on yesterday for the first time. The paper instructions said to put glue on the nail and on your natural nail, so that's how I did it. I am seeing now that there are adhesives in the packaging and on the introductions here online it says to use those. So maybe I'll just never come off! Meanwhile a couple of nails chipped pretty easily but I just filed them down since they were a little long for me anyway. I'll update this review once I've worn them for a whole to comment on longevity (and further chipping if applicable). They look pretty good though!

As a longtime press-on nail lover who’s tried countless brands – and a former dip powder devotee – I can confidently say these are the best of the best. 💅 The quality is outstanding! After days of playing pickleball, traveling to Disney World, lifting suitcases, hauling cases of water, constant typing, and endless showers—not a single nail popped off or loosened. Truly impressive. The only wear was a touch of white rubbed off the tips and a bit of fading where I use my hands most. I have petite hands and still found a perfect fit for every nail. I used the included adhesive plus a tiny dab of nail glue on a few for extra hold—and they stayed flawless through it all.
