I use these unusually large diameter syringes to inject epoxy or polyester resin under gelcoat into decomposing wood on my boat's deck. The larger ID allows you to inject larger amounts of resin before it starts to flash and thus clog the needle. Once I start to feel extra resistance I remove the needle and soak it in acetone, which stops the chemical reaction.....I think I've only wasted one needle out of the paclage.

When filling tight spots with epoxy a syringe makes it easy to get the material just where you need it and not all over the place. I used a thickened epoxy as a glue using SystemThree silica thickener powder. As long as the mixture has some tendency to flow you can fill the syringe from the plunger side and push it to the end of the tube and through the needle provided in this kit. Once the syringe is loaded you can go ahead and fill those tough to reach spots on your boat repair jobs.

I absolutely love the variety you get this with! Each syringe and cap came in perfect condition too. Only thing i dislike is that the syringes and caps do not come sorted. Just thrown into a bag, one for the caps and one for the syringes themselves. They are color coded though so that makes things easier.

Really easy to use and if you don't use the needle to pick up thick paint, has the power to pull the paint from the paint tubes of acrylic and watercolors. While using the needles you can even put most of the leftover paint back into the tubes. Granted it says one time use, but I can use them a few times before needing a new one. I am making a memorial plaque for one my cats that I had to put down due to health issues and made the writing so much easier and less wasteful of paint! I can't wait to use them more! I'm super hyped!
