I was gifted a pair of these boots and loved them, so I purchased another pair. I didn't wear them for a couple of months after purchase. Once I started wearing, the heel in this pair has come apart on the inside and hurt to wear now. I called the company to let them know it was coming apart and because the purchase date was beyond 6 months, they weren't willing to do anything about it.
