Delivery was quick even with this being the last week before Christmas. However, I realized I made a mistake when I ordered these books from Bruno Marc's, I was in a rush and was happy with the sale price, but then when I got it I realized that it wasn't like the one I got earlier this year which made me realize why it was about $20 cheaper than the pair I got months earlier, it didn't have the zipper feature on the side to easier get the boots on and off. Like I said though, it was my mistake and I cannot get mad about that. I will say one negative thing and it isn't about the boots, it is about Bruno Marc's altogether. These would now be my 4th pair of shoes or boots I have gotten from this company. The best and professional way I can explain this to whoever is going to read this, is to keep in mind that you, "Get what you paid for", yes their shoes always look great on the screen and when they arrive when delivered. However, they fall apart within 3-5 months. When I mean fall apart, I mean like the entire bottom of the shoe or boot falls off. Their shoes do not last long, so if you are looking for an affordable pair of nice shoes for formal things, these are not what you would want to get. I mean, they are a great company with what they are selling, but it adds up quick when you have to replace them a couple of times a year. That is the only negative thing I can say about them and I am going to give them 4 stars. I just hope down the road they will come up with a more effective way putting their workwear together. ... show more
