I got a pair of these in black patent leather for formal wear and they are great shoes. Comfortable, stylish, very nice. HOWEVER, they run large. I normally wear a US size 10.5, but the US size 10 in this shoe fits me. My suggestion is that you order a half size lower than you usually do.

I bought these to wear with a tuxedo for a wedding. I have purchased other patent leather tuxedo shoes which had horrible smells but these shoes did not have any smell. I was concerned they would not be comfortable without them being broken in but to my surprise, they were very comfortable. The size on these is a little off. I am normally a 10.5 to 11 in shoes and I ended up needing a 9.5 in these shoes. I highly recommend these shoes but I do recommend ordering 1 or 2 sizes because, in my opinion, they do not run true to size.
