These are NOT oxfords, nor are they remotely "formal". They are derby shoes and they're about as casual as you can get ... that being said, for cheap, fake leather shoes these are surprisingly comfortable, well constructed, and look nice. The "vegan" leather looks relatively real and doesn't have that shiny plastic-y look so many cheap men's shoes have. Not bad for the money.

Arch support is not sufficient. When walking, it takes additional effort as the angle from back to front is very flat. Also, with less flexibility, taking every step is an added effort.

I have a difficult time finding dress shoes that fit me comfortably. My ankle is fused and I typically need a wider width. I saw these and liked the style and color. They were not offered in a wide width but they matched great with an old 70s leather jacket I got from my father so I figured I would give them a shot because Amazon has such a great return policy. When I got them and opened I was very impressed with the look and quality of them and was praying they fit good because I liked them so much. They go on like most typical dress shoes. They were tight going on but very comfortable once on. I could not believe how great they fit because they look narrow but fit my feet very well. The first night I wore them I was in them standing and an engagement party for 4 hours. Never did my feet get sore or feel uncomfortable as the night went on. I'm hoping they hold up well. I would definitely reccomend them I'm glad I bought them I was skeptical because they weren't offered in a wide width and they turned out great.

We order a size up in case they were narrow and they fit perfectly in the width, but they were pretty long, even for the correct size, but that’s probably just that type of shoe. Your toes would be squished. If they weren’t, I would recommend though.

Very nice looking shoe for the money but they definitely made me realize I need to stop buying dress shoes online because comfort is the whole point. After a couple hours in these my back is killing me. Now I know how women feel in heels and why you see them bare foot caring them at the end of the night. I felt like that but that would look odd if a man in a suit was carrying his shoes at the end of the day.
