Updated review - After posting my review, the After Sales Customer Service Team (esp. Onita) promptly contacted me regarding the issue I had with the shoes. I have to say - Bruno Marc has a top-notch customer service team! They helped me with the problem. And I enjoyed the new pair of breathable soft shoes they provided! Thank you, Bruno Marc; I am a happy customer. I will definitely be a return customer and recommend you to others! Old review - I really want to love this pair. They look nice and go with almost all my casual-style clothes for work. But the ventilation/breathability is nonexistent! My feet get hot and sweaty every time I wear them. The insole could be a bit softer; maybe memory foam will improve the comfort, too. Therefore, I only give the shoes 3 stars. Other than these two downsides, they are a pair of great shoes.

Nice shoe, fits good, feels good; however the material peels off the shoe easy. I'm a service technician and was in need of a dress sneaker. Was on my knees once causing the toe of my shoes to rub on the floor which rubbed off the brown face of the shoe.
