I never want to buy another cup that isn't Brumate. I have several different cups from Brumate and they are all such high quality with attention to detail. The lid on this one is magnetic so when you open it, it won't fall forward while drinking. It's leak proof. The black leopard print is SO CUTE!!! I swear these are nicer yeti. I can't say enough good things about them. I buy so many cups constantly looking for "the one" and let me tell you - this is it. This brand will not disappoint.

The best purchase of 2024 so far! This thing keeps my coffee hot to warm from 6am to about 2pm. When locked, I can turn my cup upside down and not a drop comes out. I’m clumsy so this is really important for me. The handle is so nice and fits in my car cup holder!

I broke the lid on the first time using this mug...I tried rotating the lid by using the flip top instead of the lid itself (I have poor grip strength) and the flip top broke off and I dropped the lid. I was able to reattach the flip top, so all is well, but a little black button came off the lid when it hit the floor. I didn't think much of that button, but later on found a very small, yet strong, magnet on my floor of a similar size to a watch battery. That is what was inside the button...the magnet keeps the flip top open (but isn't really needed). I wasn't able to reinstall the magnet/button, it is broken. Thankfully I found the magnet before my dog since he eats random stuff. I like the mug: it is leakproof, functional, and looks neat. I will need to be more careful when I open it, but FYSA about the magnet if you have young kids.

I was skeptical of the lid being leakproof but listen Linda. 100000% leakproof. Not a drop of coffee in my light colored purse on the long walk to work. The lid closes then slides to lock it in place. Genius with 3 toddlers who love to lay hands on all my things. It keeps drinks hot too for hours in case you get busy like me and forget. Buy it! You won’t regret it!

This mug may be leak-proof, but it isn't user friendly. Although lightweight, is not stable and can be knocked over easily. The main reason I dislike this item is that when the lid is completely screwed on, the opening is not in a position you can drink from while holding on to the handle. I also noticed the silicone pad on the bottom was not adhered completed. Water could get trapped after washing. Might also contribute to the mug not being stable. I've always used smaller, wider Yeti travel mugs, but I wanted a taller mug that would sit in my vehicle's cup holder. Yeti's model was quite expensive, so I decided to try this mug because of the so-called pros (better price, lightweight, leak proof lid). Unfortunately, it does NOT live up to all the hype seen in the reviews. Going back to Yeti and spending the extra money for quality.
