First off I have plantar fasciitis I'm not a big time runner anymore because of this so that's why I got the glycerin 22s in the first place, they are men size 81/2 and they were wonderful so I knew I had to try the Glycerine Max womens size 9 I like darker colors because I can keep them cleaner, I have had the G-Max a week and one thing I can tell the difference is the G-Max is not as wide at the toe as the G-22 they both are very comfortable that's about the only thing I can tell that's different on top now the cushion Is Awesome on the G-Max but all in all and they both are very comfortable shoes and they fit great I will still continue to wear my G-22s, after wearing the brooks glycerin line my foot pain has completely stopped I put a couple of photos in on the difference of the toe of the G-22 and the G-max and the cushion difference..

These shoes have honestly been a lifesaver after my foot surgery. I struggled with lingering pain for nearly two years following bunion surgery, especially during and after long hikes or runs. Standing Room Only
I love my Glycerin GTS 22, bought these for backup. Not great for an airport day. They're great if you're STANDING for long periods of time, but for doing a lot of walking I think they're too cushiony/heavy. Still a great shoe, they just have a different purpose in my life. (For running I like ASICS Nimbus 28)

Comfortable if on your feet for a long time!
Great shoe, I get so many compliments on them. I’m a nurse & work 13hr shifts so it’s hard to find the right sneaker, but I do love these!! The toe area is large though so I need to wear thick socks
