I've been wearing the Brooks Ghost tennis shoes daily for the past six months, and I'm beyond impressed. Despite heavy daily use, they show zero signs of wear or breakdown. There is no fraying, sole separation, or fading. The color still looks sharp and is neutral enough to match almost anything in my wardrobe, which is a bonus. They have even been washed in the washing machine! From a comfort and performance standpoint, these are top-tier. I’m on my feet for up to 12 hours a day, and these shoes stay cool and supportive the entire time. The difference they've made in my overall health is undeniable: I used to deal with regular foot and leg pain, and even back spasms. Since switching to Brooks as my main shoe over a year and a half ago, all of that has stopped. These are the absolute most comfortable sneakers I have ever bought! They fit perfectly! For reference I am a size 8, normally in other sneakers I’d grab a 8.5 due to the fits and most run small but these I ordered a size 8 and I’ve never had a sneaker fit so perfect! The Ghost 16 shoes arrived quickly but sadly they were a little short at the toe for my long, slim foot. Suggest buying a half size bigger than your normal shoe size. No quibble returns for which I'm very grateful.

I am like Goldie locks, you name it I’ve tried almost every brand of shoe out there. Kurus, Hoka, and shoes for crews are my favorite for different reasons. I had to give up Hokas because the price is high, and the shoes don’t last as long as + they start to slide as they were down. The best slip resistant shoes I ever wore were Shoes for crews, but they are more work shoes. So I decided to try Brooks because my runner friends like them. They are comfortable and great to walk in, But and this is a big But, if it rains and the ground gets wet, they have no slip resistant soles. I actually had a hard time getting home because I was sliding on the wet ground. Very scary because I walk to keep in shape, but what good is that going to do if I fall and get hurt. My son has brooks also and he told me the same thing happens to him. These shoes are brand new, so there should be no reason that you slide in them. Who makes a running shoe that has no grip? Very disappointed because I bought 3 different Brooks to see which one I liked.
