  • Brooks Women's Convertible Run Bra for High Impact Running, Workouts & Sports with Maximum Supp
Size: (34) DD Color: Asphalt
nicely made but it runs very, very small I had to return it

  • Comfy, low impact support, but not durable
Size: 38E Color: Jamberry
This is a comfy low impact option. The cups run small. I would never be able to run in it, but good for hiking and other low impact stuff where you don’t want to get your regular bra sweaty. Unfortunately after only two gentle HAND washes (claims to be machine washable) the material around the back clasps has split apart. I can still wear for now, but it will be useless if any more material rips. ... show more

  • Really sturdy for large chests
Size: 40DD Color: Matrix Navy Print
This fabric is pretty and smooth, with a very sturdy construction. I love it so far!

  • Useless for large cup sizes
Size: (36) D Color: Black
I knew as soon I opened it that it would not work. There is NO bust-shaping. The bra lays perfectly flat with no gathering anywhere between the band and the cup area. It's basically a bandeau with straps. Instead of spending the money to gather bust fabric into the band to make a room for the bustline, they added thinner stretch fabric along the sides in an attempt at "shaping" which means everything just tries to push out to the sides. I put it on anyway and, sure enough, the bra band did not even touch my body in front while the cups were too flat to hold anything. If I were a B cup or less, it might have worked. But I order the same size as I wear in Jubralee, and it was utterly ridiculous. Not even close to fitting anywhere. I do not understand how Brooks took Moving Comfort bras that I have worn running for over ten years and completely destroyed them. It's like they have forgotten how bras even work. The Dare line is even worse. They thought they could make a sports bra with two cup sizes per band. There is no way a bra can properly support a bustline while accommodating a 2" variance in sizing. This Drive line didn't even try to fit anything. ... show more

  • It's almost perfect
Size: 38DD Color: Rosewater Geo Print
The things I like about this bra: No padding Doesn't hold the stench in and is moisture wicking Convertible allows for all types of athletic wear The things I don't like: The bra does this thing where I get a bubble in the middle since the middle material isn't sewn together anywhere. It does make it look super weird under shirts and such. Mine are starting to rip after 3 years of heavy use, RIP. ... show more

  • Perfect!
This is the best sports bra I’ve had in ages! It’s supportive but not suffocating, doesn’t squeeze my body out of the sides/back, pretty colors to feel cute but not a million straps, like a lot of sports bras out there. I purchased the 36C and it fits wonderfully, the straps don’t fall down even in regular mode without using the Tback hook thing! ... show more

  • How high impact? Imagine a can of biscuits.
Size: (34) DD Color: Black
My ribs measure 33" and I'm usually in DD cups. I bought 34DD. If your goal is to be darn near flat chested without biscuits squishing out the sides, here you go. This is absolutely high imapct, mostly cause this thing makes everything an inny. The material is multiple layers of hard core fabric, no padding and no removable bits. I'm a padding person, but there sooooo little movement that the difference is indiscernable. I like it. If you prefer a little less pancake, but high impact, try the scoopback 2.0. ... show more

  • Not Enough Support for Large-Chested Runners
Size: (38) DD Color: Asphalt
I’m writing this as a woman who works out regularly and is looking for a solid bra for running in that provides adequate coverage and support for a large chest (38D). For those of you with smaller chests, this bra may work just fine. Re the rating: My rating is based on how well I think it meets the design intent. As a generic bra, it’s fine. It’s sufficient for wearing casually or out for a walk. But based on information from Brooks customer support, this bra is supposed to be designed for high-impact activity, and in my experience, it fails to provide sufficient support for that. Re fit: The neckline is low, the cups don’t seem to extend fully on the sides, the material is thin, so it doesn’t feel like it gives sufficient coverage or support. To the extent that strap adjustment could make up for structural weaknesses, I tightened the straps to start with, but found that they loosened as I ran, and it’s impossible to adjust the straps without taking the bra off. The resulting bounce was uncomfortable. Overall: I *wanted* to like this bra... but it doesn’t compare favorably to other bras of the same size that I’ve used from Moving Comfort, Athleta, or UA. For those of you looking for an alternative to Moving Comfort bras (since Brooks bought and then discontinued those designs... sigh)... this is not it. (At least not yet. It sounds like Brooks is trying to adapt their designs over time, so I’ll revisit in a couple of years to see what else they’ve come up with.) So, for big-busted runners... my advice is to keep looking. ... show more
