True to size but not a great match for my feet. I have a small foot (US womens 6, average width, about 8-8.5" at the ball of my feet) and a higher instep. The stitching for where the tongue is attached digs into the top of my foot, and they and are too tight over the top in general. I loosened up the laces, and they still dig in at the stitching, while also rubbing from too much movement. A half size up can help with this (its a common issue I run into), but I have not tried it out with these yet. With that said, the width and length are perfect. Exactly what I would expect. I would feel comfortable recommending that people order their usual prefered size. They also feel nice, with a balanced shock absorption thats not hyper squishy. I also ordered the 23s, and they do not appear to have this problem for me, though I have not worn them for as long, so thats just an out of the box first impression. The pink and blue leopard print is absolutely adorable, and I am genuinely bummed that these shoes ended up bothering me as bad as they did. Also, probably more supportive then I need. The decorative shapes around the heel have a rigid structure that I didn't love. I didn't take off a star for that. I'm still learning about running shoes and what "supportive" actually means and I'm just sharing my experience. I have high arches and rigid (too stiff) tendons. Arch support and stability might have been doing me more harm then good here.
