These are my 3rd pair of Brooks Glycerin shoes dating back nearly 10 years. They are comfortable, often referred to as "The Cadillacs of Cushioning" which I fully agree with. Most excellent for pronated walk which led me to these shoes years ago. For the uninformed, Pronation is a normal aspect of human biomechanics. Most of us will pronate to some degree during our strides. When the foot lands, the arch tends to elongate and lean inward somewhat. This is the body’s way of providing natural cushioning and shock absorption. For some folks (aka - "ME"), though, that pronation deviates too far from the body's preferred motion pathway when they start running. This can lead to problems or injury if left unaddressed. Given my intermittent arch and plantar fascitis issues having these Glycerin shoes have been a godsend. I've had nary a foot issue in the past 10 years - thank you Brooks and Glycerin!

These may run just a wee bit small (I wear 10.5 D size shoes but have been ordering the 11's and they fit perfectly). They're very comfortable & supportive and I get many miles of use out of them (use them for walking/day hiking). I did add a pair of "Superfeet" insoles for even more support (have very high arches), but for most people the insoles they come with should be fine. Highly recommended.

I have both metatarsal damage and plantars fasciitis. My doctor told me that surgury would be extensive and comes with a high risk of reoccurring again (the metatarsal damage aspect) He said my best bet is to just wear stacked hokas like bondis for the rest of my life which I have been doing but they are not the most attractive shoe and the color options are rough. Anyway I tried these and even without the huge stack of the bondi I get the same level of support if not even better. The soles are just super high quality and feel super squishy giving my metatarsal the relief it needs to get me through the day. I absolutely love the shoes and will be buying more colorways without question.

I love the look, I love how my feet feel real good after my four or 5 mile run in the morning, and the last pair before this lasted 5 to 700 miles. I would recommend these to anybody it’s the first Brooks I’ve ever owned and I’ll never own anything else.

My previous Glycerin's were like 4 years old, and they were still very solid and comfortable. These 20's, however, are a whole other level of comfort and cushioning. I was debating the purchase, so I went to a local chain store and tried a pair on. I laughed out loud when I took a few steps in them because of how ridiculously comfortable they were. Even slippers aren't this comfortable. If you're looking for FULL cushioned shoes, not just on the heel area, these are your go-to kicks. Great for running or just for casual wear. If you get sore feet after walking a lot, these will help. These are better than any previous Glycerin model I have had and better than the Gel Nimbus, although I have not tried the most recent Nimbus. I can't imagine a shoe getting better than this. Super lightweight, too!

My podiatrist said to get these to help with foot pain that was in my heel. Less than a week of wearing them and the pain is totally gone! These are the most comfortable shoes I have ever owned. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I walk the dogs 2-3 miles daily on the sidewalks. Officially a senior now (56), I assumed the minor knee pain was just something I get to deal with. I decided to try a “better” (more $$ than my older Brooks) first. So glad I did!!! I highly recommend these and just bought another pair for my husband.
