  • Glad I made the switch to Brooks.
Size: 11 Color: Black/Ebony/Blue
For years I’ve bought the 880 New Balance shoe close to a dozen pairs, and was satisfied with them. Last year I purchased a pair of Brooks Cascadia shoes for hiking the Camino De Santiago. They were phenomenal! Hiked over 75 miles in rain and mud and they held up amazingly. Which made me think….I wonder how good Brooks running shoes are….well, I’m here to tell you I’m glad I made the switch. Super comfortable, great arch support, incredible cushion, love the look and the back of the shoe has a built in surface to assist when removing your shoe. They do run a little small, I’m a 10.5 shoe size but needed an 11. Beginning to love the Brooks Brand. ... show more

  • Best non-maximal running shoe for my narrow feet!
Size: 10.5 Color: Black/Mandarin Red/Green
I'm a full-foot running (heel to toe with a nice roll), and have narrow feet. Not so narrow that I need a specifically thinner shoe, but something on the narrow side of regular width. I can't wear built up shows like Hoka one-one's; they just don't work biomechanically (they lead to hip pain and I'm not interesting in changing my gait to accommodate them). I *love* this shoe. I've run many miles over many years and get frustrated nearly every year when a brand revises its designs. Brooks Ghost has been reliable for several models -- comfortable right out of the box, easy to accommodate my custom orthotics, quality laces that don't untie themselves, and a variety of colors from muted to ridiculously garish. Running or walking is comfortable, and the shoe is stable throughout the stride. I will be buying many of these shoes, and I recommend you try them! They're a little expensive, but not unreasonable compared to other top runners. ... show more

  • Comfort right out of the box!
Size: 7.5 Color: Coconut/Chateau/Forged Iron
I bought this pair because they didn't have my size and preferred color in women's. I am so impressed! These are comfortable IMMEDIATELY. No "break in period" for this pair. Lightweight and breathable. I'm on my feet all day and these keep me comfortable. After a long day, I feel great wearing them and when I take them off, no pain in my feet. These aren't cheap, but they aren't crazy expensive either. I'd say they are definitely worth the money. ... show more

  • Super Comfortable and Stylish Lightweight Running Shoe
Size: 14 Wide Color: Black/Forged Iron/Blue
These running shoes are like running on a cloud. I ordered one size wider and they fit perfectly. I am a 3X guy so needed to have comfortable shoes as I started my C25K training. So far I love them. Also the colors and styles look great. I've only run on the treadmill so far and have had no slipping at all. Super lightweight shoes that are very comfortable. Came fully laced out of the box and all I needed to do was put them on and tie them. I've bought less expensive running shoes and personally I think it is worth paying a few extra dollars for these. If you want one less thing to worry about while running then these are the shoes for you, especially if you are a 14W size like me. ... show more

  • Sizing advice
Size: 9 Wide Color: Black/Black/Ebony
Amazon recommended extra wide for me. I ordered the regular wide to compare., and I think it’s sufficient. (the extra wide, wasn’t bad, but it made me concerned how much I could move my toes/foot left to right) Both shoes were oddly snug on the top of the foot. It did improve sufficiently when I loosened the laces significantly. It does leave the shoelaces kindof short. ... show more

  • Perfect fit, again
Size: 11 X-Wide Color: Black/Black/Ebony
After decades of shoes that I couldn't exactly fit into well... the Ghost 15 changed my life. This pair just continues it. I'm size 11 X-Wide (4E). Shoes have been annoying to find to say the least. Then I put the 15's on out of the box about a year ago and I just never had to lace them up, they were perfect as is from the box and I just slipped them on day in day out. That was the Ghost 15, this pair feels exactly the same and I'm looking forward to them. My pinky toes and the top of my feet have the room they need and the rest of my foot just fits perfectly. ... show more

  • Comfortability
Size: 10.5 Wide Color: Black/Grey/White
These shoes have been absolutely wonderful! I do a lot of long distance running and am someone who have used ASICS since high-school, but boy these brooks have been unbelievable phenomenal and better than any shoe Ive ever ran in. The comfort makes you feel like your walking/running on clouds. The foot space has been an issue with the running shoes in the past, but with these, I dont struggle with having my feet or toes being smushed. If youre looking for something that's gonna be great for your knees and have a nice cushion to it, these are the shoes for you! ... show more

  • Comfortable and Supportive for Getting Back Into Running
Size: 11.5 Color: Blue Opal/Black/Nasturtium
I picked up the Brooks Ghost 16 because I’m easing back into running and wanted something reliable and cushioned to support my return. These shoes have been fantastic so far—right out of the box they felt comfortable with no break-in needed. The cushioning is just right: soft enough to absorb impact but still responsive enough to keep my stride feeling smooth. I also appreciate the roomy toe box and the solid support throughout the midfoot and heel. They feel stable without being bulky, and the overall build quality is exactly what I expected from Brooks. Whether I’m doing light jogs or longer walks, my feet feel great at the end. A great option if you’re looking for comfort and durability while easing back into a running routine. ... show more
