I have to order a mans (I'm female) extra wide shoe 9 1/2, because I wear comfort toes ( toe spreaders) when I run. The Ghost shoe is one I have been wearing for the last 4-5 years. They have great cushion in them, good heel support. The laces are long enough and flat, so they stay tied. My toes have plenty of room, not squished at all. It would be nice if there was a wider assortment of colors to choose from instead of grey or black, (when you go extra wide the colors limit to those choices), but that's not even a big deal. They are fabulous running shoes for trail and road. Will buy again.

They are very light weight but yet comfortable. Nice style too. Perfect for me to wear for work. Can’t wear flashy colors but this is not too plain and still have some color. Will order some more with a bit more color.

I’m am in my mid 50’s and only run about 2 miles on a treadmill 4 days a week. I had been using another brand but wanted more cushion for my older joints. These shoes have been great, I can run with less fatigue and I noticed the difference in comfort the first time I tried them. They are true to size (10.5 Medium Width) and no problems with blisters or anything.

Bought a black pair of these over a year ago. I use them mainly to run 3-4 times per week on a treadmill, roughly 90 minutes each time. AMAZING. By far the BEST running shoe for a treadmill I've ever had. My feet aren't sore and don't hurt the next day after wearing them. They also hold together quite well after several washes in the washer. (I let them air-dry so they don't tumble.) HIGHLY RECOMMEND IF YOU'RE AN INDOOR RUNNER.
