Before buying Brooks, I used to experience awful pain in my ankles and chins from walking around with shoes with no support, because I have had flat feet all my life. This was especially bad when I would go for a run. I cannot understate how much the beasts have helped, I was able to run comfortably for the first time when I first bought the Brooks Beast 20s a few years ago. Beast's are my Go-to shoe, I have had over a dozen pairs as I have touchy feet, and they just work for me. This is my first pair of 24's and they are very comy still but they changed a material that is the strap that connects the tongue to the sole and they squeak with every step. both shoes. It almost sounds like im walking on a bed of cornstarch. I finally gave in and cut the strap out, now they are perfect. ... show more
