I’m not an enormous man, I wear either 36 or 38 pants. The XXL is super tight around the waist. The fabric is stretchy and it moves well with me during a workout. Well this company did it again! These shorts are perfect for working out and running. They’re lightweight and very comfortable. I believe these are up there with, if not better, than name brand athletic shorts. I’m 5’9” and 170Ibs and I ordered a size Small because I prefer a tighter/athletic fit. The waistband is very elastic, but not overly tight so depending on how you prefer your shorts to fit, I’d say go a size down for a more snug fit. The fabric is soft and comfortable, and really love the stretchy rear waistband. Only having a standard pocket on the right makes the shorts look a little lopsided though.
