I bought my first pair of Brokigs about one year ago, and found immediately that they were definitely my favorite pair of shorts to wear on leg day! The 5inch inseam shows off my quads and the elastic waist provides a snug but forgiving fit! I was tired of wearing shorts that weren't Brokigs, so I decided to invest in another pair! They offer plenty of colors, I think next time I'll try the classic green. My first pair was a size medium and they fit great. However, I wanted to test the fit for the size small this time around. I typically bounce between a 28-30 waist size. I'm not very tall but I have wide legs, and my weight tends to fluctuate between 147-155. I never know which size will suit me better. I’m of two minds. I love the snug fit of the thighs, but the Christmas cookies have the small feeling I little tight around the waist. The medium is definitely looser but the short inseam makes it’s so the quads still get plenty of airtime. I try not be vain, but it is very psychologically important that your gym outfit makes you feel strong. I think in the future I'll stick with the medium size, but I'm sure the small will be more comfortable once I start my cut in the new year. Again I normally wear a size 28 pear of pants. These shorts run small! I practice a lot of olympic lifts and I've had chintzy shorts tear during clean or snatch practice. This ruins the workout and basically makes it so I have to finish prematurely or flash everyone else at the gym for the rest of my practice. Neither is fun! Luckily, I have complete faith in these Brokig shorts. The confident stretch has withstood even my deepest squats and catches for the last year. I didn’t have high hopes, since I’ve never heard of Brokig, but these are comfortable, they stretch well without being too revealing, and don’t impede my workouts. I love them.

Some reviewers are saying to go up a size or two. But I'm normally a small/medium and a small fit me perfectly. Nice and snug at the waist and and loose enough around the quads for running comfortably. For reference I'm 128 lbs, 5'7" with a 29" waist.

These are nice shorts for working out and/or swimming. They don't not have an inner liner. They definitely run a tad small so if you're a 32 to 34 waist, definitely order a LG vs Med. That said they fit well and serve the purpose. I use them to work out. They are comfy and give decent leg room (if you have extra large legs order one size up. ) I go commando often and these are long enough to cover your bits without any fear of popping out but still short enough to allow for a good view of your legs while working out and room to move. If your order a form fitting size that might not be the case. Lol The pocket with the zipper is oddly shifted further back than the regular pocket, which is a little jarring at first but very minor. Unless you constantly need to put your hands in your pockets together, this won't bother you. Over all worth the buy. ... show more

I love these shorts they are perfect for leg day. They are breathable and fit perfect. They are also comfortable and fit perfect for me as a shorter person. I like to use them to see my muscle contractions when training legs. Bought a 2nd pair because I enjoyed them so much.

The shorts themselves fit rather well on built legs. I will note, however, that the waist is a bit smaller than you may expect. If you have a build which is rather lean this should be okay, but I feel I should mention it just because it is worth a mention. From my experience (I ordered the black/grey ones), these shorts hold up very well during activity. I have worn them during a normal workout, to the pool, and through an entire Spartan Race and they held up fantastically well and allowed me to have full mobility. Being that they have been in mud, chlorine, and water on separate occasions, they still have their full color and the material has not changed in the slightest. Additionally, they dry FAST! Great product for the money...I am currently contemplating buying another pair.... ... show more
