This is a well-made case. It is dense and waterproof, softer from the inside and does not scratch the grill body. It hasn't cracked in the sun for half a year, and it still looks great.

Purchased the 63 inch cover for a new Weber Genesis EPX-335 grill. Living in a really windy area, I wanted a heavier grill cover. I looked at the Weber cover at Home Depot but was disappointed in how light and thin it was especially for $100. This Broil King cover is not that. It is at least twice as heavy and thick as well as less expensive. You can tell it is made of quality material and fits the grill really well. Im not even planning to use the cinch straps unless a storm is expected. This cover isnt going anywhere. Would highly recommend. ... show more

I was shocked at how heavy and well made the cover is. No comparison to the Weber cover on my previous grill. The Broil King is thicker, taller, and even has heavy rubber handles for easier removal.

When we bought our Broil King 7 years ago we also got one of these covers. After 7 seasons outdoors in Maine, it’s time for a new one. We didn’t hesitate to get the same type from Amazon and it appears to be just as rugged and hope for another 7 years.
