This is by far the most comfortable jockstrap I have ever owned. It was so comfortable during my leg day workout that I forgot I was wearing a jockstrap. I decided to continue wearing it while running errands and it was super comfortable the entire time. I purchased a medium even though large was recommended. My waist is currently in between 34-36 and the medium fits just fine. It is snug enough to hold my junk in place during squats, but not so snug that it is restrictive. It appears to be very well made and the wide waist band provides stability. I am very happy with this purchase and for the price it cannot be beat.
