First and foremost, I highly commend customer service person Leila. She was very kind and proactive in addressing an issue. I can sincerely say, this company stands behind its' product quality. Thank you Leila! This desk is solid. It is easy to build and functional (words from son). Raising and lowering is quiet, and the position resets work great (also words from son). Absolutely love the extra space that this large L-shaped motorized standing desk gives me and the built in outlets / USB A plate on the top makes it easy! Desk wasn’t too difficult to put together - there is a lot of metal but it is required to make it sturdy.

Really like the desk, the adjustments available and quality. Some things to consider, be careful which position you choose to put the control at, you don't want to be accidentally leaning on it as it will trigger the setup mode and will move unexpectedly. Secondly the table top doesn't sit flush against the wall due to the position of the legs/feet, which could be good or bad depending on the intended use ... show more

One of the best motorized home office desks out there. Love the look, super solid and sturdy. Assembly was easier than expected I was able to do most by myself. Highly recommended! Price was a bit higher than expected but well worth it. Not a CON but recommendation: Assembly instructions can be improved, there are two separate sets of crossbars, and one of the legs is different than the other two. Also, it does not include the portion for the connections of the control module and front panel, for that you need to look in the user operation instructions, why? Everything arrived, quickly, and well packaged. No damage to report. There was definitely some assembly required, but wasn't difficult. I really only needed assistance getting it upright. The desk is sturdy and works great! When I did have an issue, I contacted their customer support and they assisted me, immediately! They were so helpful. I would recommend the desk, along with the company, all day long. As a full time WFH CPA, I'm standing/sitting, multiple times throughout the day and find this desk gives me exactly what I need.
