Beautiful well made METAL ornament with great details. Comes in a nice red box which easily opens on the top flaps for removal. I note this due to another review that said she would have to rip the plastic open to retrieve and repackage this product. Absolutely untrue. There are clear box flaps and it easily opens. Also to those reviewers who gave low scoring reviews due to the fact they thought this was a REAL musical instrument: description clearly states size and that is an ornament. Also no one would ever sell a saxaphone for $20! The box itself is Beautiful. My ONLY qualm is the ornament is loose within the box. I fixed this by simply adding some gold tissue paper around the ornament and gently placing it inside the original packaging. Overall this is the best quality ornament I could find with the most beautiful details. I highly recommend for the sax lover in your life! ... show more

Whenever a family ;member takes up an instument it is displayed on the Christmas tree. The children have to hunt and find it like they do the Pickle ornament. So far we have a clarinet,trombone, piano and trumpet on the tree. It is just the right size. It is well made and arrived in a timely fashion well packaged to prevent damage. I bought another one first in Amazon for $10 less which was a cheap piece of $.25 plastic. I should have bought this one first. It is metal and as you can see from pictures has amazing detail right down to having a reed. Highly recommend!!

Gold saxophone is beautiful, very detailed, perfect! The gift box is crushed. I was able to tape it but this is a special gift and I wish the box had been in perfect condition. It was shipped in an envelope but should have been shipped in a small box stuffed with paper to protect the product.

This was a gift to a middle school student who has taken up playing the sax. He was over joyed with it and showed it off to everyone who came to his house. I was amazed at the beautiful detail. I can not express how happy I am with this. A very little money spent for a young man's memory.
