I ordered this car seat when it was on sale during Prime Day. The savings was excellent and my son who is now 6 months old was ready to move out of his infant seat into something with a bit more room. This seat is very comfortable, with multiple recline positions and the dual cupholders are great for holding toys (and eventually drinks/snack cups once he's older). He love the additional room and that he can sit more upright now that he has good head/neck control.     • Sturdy safe
We have switched both kids to Britax car seats. We ordered this one for our 9 month old and just put him in it. The deciding factor was a wreck my husband went to as a volunteer firefighter that had a Britax car seat in the back. The child wasn’t in the car at the time of the wreck however, the car seat appeared untouched. It was such a surprise to my husband after how terrible the wreck was. These seats do not budge due to the click tight install. My kid loves his new seat and all of the room he has. Straps are easy to tighten and seat is very easy to install! ... show more

    • Only Car Seat I Will Ever Buy
I purchased this car seat for my 10-month-old grandson because he out-grew his carrier but still needed to be rear-facing. I am a small woman with arthitis in my hands and installing and removing car seats can be very difficult and painful. I found this one on Amazon and after reading the many reviews and independent research, I decided to give it a try. I watched a very short video on how to install it for rear-facing and then tried it myself. It seriously took me about two minutes start-to-finish! I was so impressed with the car seat that I immediately got online and purchased a second one for my 3-year-old grandson.     • Very comfortable for our toddler
Our toddler started in a Graco car seat that felt cheaply made. We saw that this car seat was on sale, so we decided to switch. Now our toddler wants to go on car rides. She still can’t sleep comfortably though, because her head hangs down. Sadly, the recline feature doesn’t do much when it is forward facing. In rear facing, the recline is pretty good, but our kid is too big for rear facing. Additionally, this seat is well made. Great quality and it is cushiony. I read the reviews about it moving after installation, we had no issues in our compact SUV. I will say that it took some muscle to get it installed though. I had to have my husband lean hard into it so that it would be in properly. I wouldn’t recommend if you are planning to switch vehicles often as it is heavy. It felt heavier than 30lbs to me. We are keeping it in our vehicle and we don’t use the middle seat, so it works great for our family. ... show more

My 3 year old has been in this seat since birth, and I decided to buy another one for my next baby due in July of 2023. It's safe and stylish. I highly recommend it. It is on the higher end of car seats, but it's worth it's weight in gold.

I ordered this seat for my grandson because it was said to be the safest. There wasn't a seat anchor with it. The instructions said just use the trucks seat belt. Seat belts do not secure a car seat very well. That's why anchors were invented. So I contacted Britax, explained the problem, they replied wanting my receipt, photos, description of the problem, photo of serial tag etc. I explained the problem in my first email. They also said they needed time to process. Meanwhile the car seat sits in the hallway, unused, because it's not safe without a seat anchor. I gave up on communicating with Britax, as they don't seem to listen or care, and I ordered an anchor on Amazon to use with my new carseat. I like the carseat. The media could not be loaded. Purchased this on Prime day because the wife and I are expecting. Received it today and was horrified at the packaging. This clearly looks used but sold to me as new?
