We 'upgraded' our Britax be-ready to this and are returning it. The design and function of Britax has really gone down hill. Some examples...on the old system you could one handedly raise and lower the seat back, it was just a toggle leaver...now its draw string straps....draw strings on a $500 stroller!!! Like WHO thought that would be a good idea? It's no longer easy or smooth, takes two hands and forget it if you have a sleeping baby. Also there is a pocket back there that you can't have anything in if you want to raise the back cause it goes into the strollers head space. Next, you have to use the extra clips for the car seat EVEN IF its a britax car seat. So you have to take out the car seat clips on the stroller, to add the tray back. We all know those (or at least one) is going to get lost at some point. Last model everything Britax was easily interchangeable. That's no longer the case. Also, who takes a foot rest away? there is no foot rest, their legs just hang while the old style had them, and were also just-able. And finally the car seat is SO hard to get it to clip in to both the stroller and the receiver for the car itself, and also getting it out....jeez! You literally have to wiggle and shake it and pull violently. I am SOOOOOO disappointed in Britax. We have literally only used Britax for the last 9 years with our kids and the DESIGN and its user friendly functions have completely tanked. ... show more

The car seat isn’t listed at nhtsa. So be aware. I really wanted to love it and tried to contact britax via email and phone to clarify safety information. They never returned my emails and calls. Just don’t want to use products with zero customer support.

We originally bought the Graco but the stroller was too big and the car seat felt cheap. Spent $200 more on this setup and it was worth it. The car seat is much sturdier and the base is made of much thicker plastic and is a lot easier to install. The car seat itself is very comfortable and held our newborn easily. The stroller fits in a medium small trunk and folds/unfolds quickly. If you are on the fence buy this product. ... show more

All was working fine, it’s a stroller that is lightweight and super easy to control even with just one hand. I was so excited to have this as I had graco with my first two and this was supposedly a step up. However, it no longer folds. We literally have to lift it into our suv unfolded because it just stopped folding one day! Because of this, we aren’t even sure how to return it as we couldn’t possibly fit it as-is into a box to send back. Very sad, had high hopes for this. If you get one that doesn’t stop folding, I think you’ll love it! ... show more

When I had my oldest 9 years ago I loved his britax stroller. It was easy to fold up and SO easy to steer which I've seen some cheaper strollers have trouble with that. I knew when I was having my new baby that I wanted to buy another britax. I wont have to worry about any more large gaps between my kids and im hoping this one lasts me through the rest of the babies I plan to have. My only complaints are that I seem to be having issues connecting my seat to stroller and have to really push down to hear the very quiet clicks, and I have to do it one side at a time to make sure I hear both. And it is sometimes hard to release the seat from the stroller so idk. But everything else is perfect ... show more

I am pregnant with #3, and with the age gap in my kids, I haven't been in the market for a travel system in almost 10 years. I feel like everything that annoyed me about strollers has been rectified. I can easily move this with one hand, the swiveling front wheel is so smooth. The storage is accessible from front and back, AND the seat can be all the way upright while the car seat is installed into the stroller, which will make putting the diaper bag in and out so much easier.
