The media could not be loaded. This has become a big toy for us because as a newborn it has the honour of being the first cause-and-effect toy we've witnessed! It hangs so easily from cribs, playmats, swings etc. It's not a plush toy, it's plastic, well-made, came with batteries, and wow does baby like to take swipes at this! You don't pull or tug at this to activate it, just motion or a tap etc and very bouncy tunes play and a great lightshow! Then it goes silent waiting for the next strike! Giftable too. Great compact mobile to carry around or attach to the play gym. Has fun sounds and lights that keeps the baby interested. Sounds and lights activate fairly easily so it allows the baby to keep practicing reaching and touching without getting frustrated.     • Great idea, but needs a longer music track
The first one arrived defective. It wouldn't play music. It was kind of like a scratched record, it was stuck on about 3 notes of the song, repeating nonstop and the light flashing could have definitely triggered seizures. The replacement item works as intended, I think, but the music just doesn't play long enough for comfort. The baby just stops crying to investigate, and the music and lights stop. He's already starting to cry again before we can reach around to the car seat to bop it to activate it to play again. It is definitely not a good toy for car rides, but if you are holding the baby and the toy, it can be entertaining for a minute or two. It's too big for our babies mouth to be a good teether, the volume is decent, and it could be an ok gift. ... show more

    • Love this toy. Super entertaining for baby
Bought this for my 7 week old. It hangs from her activity center. She can’t do much but she knows how to tap this toy. She is fascinated by its lights and music. It’s very easily activated by a baby’s mild tap. I highly recommend this for a baby’s self entertainment. Gives me a break for sure.

    • Daughter Loves it - But I've had to buy more than one
My 6 month old daughter absolutely LOVES this toy - it will keep her entertained for a very long time. Unfortunately, it only lasts about a month before the toy starts experiencing issues (with the music and sound skipping or one part of the sound repeating nonstop without anyone touching it). This is the second one we have bought and it has just started having the same sound issues. That being said - this could also be because my daughter loves it and it gets a ton of use, but it is inconvenient to need to buy multiple replacements. ... show more

    • No volume control, very cheap sound
This item is much cheaper than expected: painted plastic isn’t done well so the rainbow looks strange, there’s no volume control and it’s very loud and only turns on when shaken. So when you’re sleeping baby is riding in the car or street they are awoken by a very loyd toy whenever you hit any sort of bump. The lights are also not very good. The loud sound is not great either, it’s very cheap and sounds like water has been in the speaker. I purchased two and they both sound/look the same. Very disappointed. ... show more
