Perfect pull put of the box and put in place. Easy adjustments. Took me less than a minute to set up. Fully assembled. Open from the bottom. Take the cardboard package protectors off the top mount and put in your doorway. Slide the lock clip up to secure the clamps. Reminder. Put the set bars together with each hand at the same time and pinch them together pressing the locking clip in on the bottoms of each side. Adjust your height of your door. This is really nice. The colors are nice and vibrant. Mine did have a couple loose threads, but it’s in good condition. It did come all put together. It is definitely too big for a three month old, even though he can hold himself up. I would suggest buying when you have 4 or 5 month old. It is very stable.
