This is the 2nd Briggs & Riley spinner I have purchased. I had the older model of these which did a huge number of trips being a very regular international traveller. Love this bag. It outlived all my Rimowa bags. Its very tough and can take a lot of punishment. The wheels have lasted without any issues over about 10 years and probably 100+ trips.     • Rugged and good looking luggage
We already had two pieces of this luggage in carryon size. This was the perfect addition for when you need to check a bag. It rolls smoothly through the airport and fit all my clothes for a two week cruise (in both cold and warm climates). Should last for years.

    • Great design but issues
Great design for a weekly traveler, but the quality is no longer there considering what they are charging for this travel bag which used to be the preferred travel workhorse bag of traveling professionals and having with great warranty. No More. The after sales is lacking and if you by chance get to speak with someone it feels like an interrogation where they are trying to get out of any responsibility. So sad... ... show more

Got this on to replace same-sized model and brand roller bag. The new model has popup expansion that is so easy to use! The spinner wheels don’t always roll straight, but quality and durability is great. Handle is much more durable than Tumi of same size.

It is extremely difficult to maneuver and I got the 26 inch! I can't believe how difficult it is to maneuver and I really don't care for the setup it has inside. For the price I don't know I guess I just wanted more. I will say that the product does seem like it was well made although it does have some threads hanging in places which again for the price you would not expect. I don't know what to do as I've used it on one flight but I really don't want it... I might put it on as the first product I ever sell on Amazon LOL Buy something else, especially if you're a petite woman. This is super hard to move around an airport! ... show more

I love my Briggs and Riley carry on. I have packed 6 weeks of a European vacation in it. I needed to pack more for a 3 month work/vacation trip and decided the medium bag should be great. It is so heavy and becomes overweight with just a few things in it. Wish I could return but past the time. Definitely not worth the $800 price tag. I love this company. Just figure out weight please. ... show more
