I'm using this seat pad on top of my kayak seat. With my GCI Outdoor seat and this pad, my kayak trip is so comfortable. This washes very easily, I hose it off when I'm hosing off my foldable Tucktec kayak.

I take a 4-6 day kayak trip every year down a very remote and rugged river. This is the first time in the 9 years of doing this that my butt wasn't sore at the end. I don't know how durable it will be, but for the price, I'll replace it every year if I have to.

With this cushion she is able to stay out on the water much longer and says there is no hip or butt discomfort after paddling. It’s a gel material and provides quite a bit of additional padding. Bought for Kayak use on my Road King, after a few hours you get a bit saddle sore. The cushion grips on the seat and doesn't hang over the side. Let's air flow and make a difference on hot days. Will keep you in the saddle longer.
