I really loved the thought of this unit, and bought one, after getting it, I found it is too big for my hands and my hands are not small. Because it is big, I couldn’t feel the one side the gets bigger on inhales, and compresses down on exhale. Because the movement is slight I never have been in “coherence.” One item I was highly disappointed was 1) find the app in the App Store. It does not come up on the store as moonbird. 2) the second is that there are only 3 breathing plans. You can make your own, but for the price I expected more out of it. One last item, if you have arthritis in your hands, and it being a larger size didn’t help either. I will be sending it back, and using my phone app.

At first I had real issues, since I was holding it in my hand and couldn't feel any movement, no expansion / contraction. I was very lightly gripping it, guess even that was too much. With a fully charged battery you still need to hold this very loosely, to the point if you rotate your hand the wrong way it could fall out. Got the app installed (IOS) and an account created without issue, and the app found the unit right away so I had no issues linking it with the phone. I appreciate the effort to make a charging cable that can't damage it if it is yanked wrong or something, which is where the magnetic chargers like this come in handy. But it also means that you can't use just ANY OTHER cable you have laying around if needed. I would have preferred to see USB C on here. From there though, it was just disappointing. I get FAR more out of my own breathing relaxation exercises, where I inhale for a count, hold for a count, exhale for a count, and hold for a count. This is just breathing in and out without pause. I can do this myself far cheaper. The tracking in the app really doesn't tell me anything useful.
