The product itself is fantastic! I have been searching for something to help move past a slump in my vocal training. I have been singing for 40 years in various settings and always had good lung capacity. As I am getting older, I noticed that my lung capacity seemed to be decreasing. These exercises reminded me how to breathe fully and also offered the resistance needed to strengthen what I've got. I am not as happy with the app. I wish I could go back and review one of the videos I brushed past, but there is no way to go backwards. Also, an audible countdown to let you know when each set is about to resume would be helpful

Game changer. I'm a singer and have struggled with breath support my whole life. I joke that it's because I was born tiny and my lungs were destined to be tiny. Sure, I've done breathing exercises. But this allows me to train with adjustable resistance in a way my body can't produce. I like the app & its guided exercises. I've noticed a CONSIDERABLE difference in my breath support and it only takes 5 mins in the morning & 5 mins at night. I can do these in the car. Singers & Voice teachers, get this.

I tinker in self-therapy with yoga, meditation, breath work, sound therapy, floats, etc. This little breathing device represents a powerful modality for adjusting internal cranial pressure and feeling the breath in the diaphragm. There is a whole polyvegal thing going on with this breathing, it’s box breathing and with the device this is not only beneficial for vocal health but also mental health. Vocally, if you pair this with the Roland vocal trainer you have a complete vocal coaching at home routine. The benefits of this type of breathing and with using this device is on another level, I usually don’t write reviews but this item has me highly satisfied.

I have no way of knowing if this is working right. I have it on the lowest setting of 1 and I feel like I am not getting any air exchange when I breathe in. After completing my sessions, I get a headache and I almost feel like I am causing myself to hyperventilate. I am wondering if there is something defective inside. I watched the videos snd have the app but they don’t seem to explain what it’s suppose to feel like. I purchased this item because I don’t seem to get enough breathe support when I speak. I thought this would help expand my respiratory muscles… I did change to other settings to see if that does anything and it does seem like when I put it on 2 I’m able to breathe in and out…. Maybe I’ll leave it on 2 since something seems wrong with 1. I’ll see how it goes my next few sessions
