  • Comes with 4 sizes of soft rubber ring inserts for a snug fit and protect the mounting surface. Rubber ring insert diameters: 1.5" (38.1mm), 1.75" (44.45mm), 1.85" (46.99mm), 2.0" (50.8mm). The rubber ring can be increased or decreased according to the diameter of the round rails. The tube clamp mount have a 2.1" (53.34mm) diameter mounting hole when without the rubber ring insert.
  • Hinged design and single-bolt locking make installation easier. An Allen key is included in the package to facilitate your installation.
  • The bar clamp mount with 10mm screw hole, compatible with various light mounting brackets. Ideal for a variety of applications including antenna, whip light, whip flag, light bars, fog lights, driving lights, LED work light, LED off road light, HID and halogen spotlights.

These BRCOVAN clamps (labeled Kerwig?) are very high quality and I highly recommend them. Here are some of the things that are above and beyond some of the other tube clamps I've used in the past. 1. These clamps are a single bolt hinge design and super easy to install compared to other clamps. I HATE those clamps with the 4 bolts and nuts. I feel like I'm installing a scope ring on a rifle with nuts that have to be held into place. I swear I just removed my other tube mounts and reordered more of these BRCOVAN mounts to replace them. 2. The clamps are CNCed aluminum and black anodized. I've had some cheapy cast aluminum 4 bolt clamps crack on me when the bolts are torqued down. This won't happen with this clamp because of the superior bushings they use (read below). Also, being anodized you don't have to cringe at the sight of flaked off powder coating. 3. The bushings they come with are the best I have seen. The bushings look to be polyurethane or a TPU material and not crappy rubber stripping. The bushings are channeled so they fit snugly inside the clamp and do not fall out which is super nice when installing them. The mounts come with 4 sizes for 1.5", 1.75", 1.85", and 2" tubing. When you pop them on the tubing they are sized for, they fit perfectly with no overlapping and a very small gap. You don't have to mess around with rubber strips that have to be cut to size and even stacked on top of each other to get a good fit and maximum holding grip. ... show more

Nice, sturdy light brackets with a nice finish. Brackets came with multiple rubber inserts to fit different bar widths. Brackets work good and seem to be durable, the only con I have is the supplied hex keys are very soft and both of them stripped while tightening mounts. 4/5 stars

    • Well made but a pain for me to install on 2”pipe.
Great looking and useful but a pain in the backside to install correctly on a two inch pipe. I had to use channel locks with non-marring grips and still cross threaded a bolt. It is very difficult to get the holes aligned to get the proper position. The off set makes is almost impossible to get the bolt aligned correctly on 2” pipe. It looks like it would be much easier on the smaller diameter pipes. Beyond that the clamps are very well made and strong. Once I was able to install them the are stable and work for what I used them for. I like that I can have the options for a multiple mounting options and locations. ... show more

I've used similar tube clamp mounts in the past but they were usually two pieces, not hinged. This design is clever as you don't need to fumble to get multiple screws started since there is only one screw per clamp. I have a 1.50" front bar and needed two clamps to evaluate a 12" light bar. The install required me to choose one of the various diameter of ring inserts and then simply add a small bolt and complete the install. Super simple and very intuitive. The grip is good preventing twist on the bar and the reach is good as well allowing for enough stand-off space so the item being held doesn't impact the bar holding it. These are far easier than welding tabs or using lesser clamps that would scratch up paint or powder coated surfaces. A nice product at a reasonable price. ... show more

    • Better than the lights I was going to put on them
I was happy to find light mounts for 1 1/2" tubing. Now, I can mount auxiliary lights on the bumper of my lawn tractor. Slip the appropriate adapter over the tube, and clamp the mount into place. I was all set to weld tabs on the bumper, but this was much easier.

I used this clamp for a different purpose than was probably intended...but, it definitely served the purpose! In making a cane for my massage gun, one of the challenges was the fact that it's handle was tapered. Thankfully, the BRCOVAN clamp came with several inserts to fit an array of needs. Well made, quality clamps. Are sturdy when installed. The included sizing inserts are nice as well, make it so they can fit a wide array of installs. Annodizing seems to be quality as well, a few small scratches (light) and no exposed metal so far. No defects or issues, I really like these clamps.
