Purchased this to add on to my military truck which didn't have a registration plate mount or light. This light puts off to much light to the rear of the truck and I taped off the part of the light that faced downward and painted the remaining lens and that did the trick. As mentioned in many other reviews, the wires are VERY small and need to be handled carefully. I was able to make my own harness to tie into the trucks wiring. It works, and that all I need. Now, only time will time if it holds up to the elements and the action of the truck while in motion. I may buy again if needed if I could find something better. ... show more
