My previous trimmer (non-Braun) worked pretty much just like this, but it had a light which this trimmer lacks. Other than that, it works pretty well, and doesn't hurt at all. Still feels a bit cheap but that's okay for this kind of product. -1 star because it lacks a light.

This thing is engineered to be safe - certainly the hairs in my nose and ears were protected from its chic design. I think if I jammed this thing while running right into my beard it wouldn't cut anything. After trying for about 6 minutes in one nostril, going over and around the same spot, I finally gave up and tried the other nostril. Same thing. Waste of money. ... show more
