I originally got these for over a small shed porch, but after receiving I realized that it wasn’t going to work due to my truss span and I felt the metal was a little too thin for that area. In order not to waste them, I found another project for them by using them on the wall in an outdoor cooking area. They look great! The panels are finished well and come with a protective plastic so they don’t scratch. Removing the plastic film is in my opinion the worst part of the job. You do get screws with the panels and they are the correct ones for roofing. You also get gloves. I like the color and the finish seems durable. I’ve had no incidences with paint peeling or rust. The panels fit together nicely, and they are easy to cut. I would recommend the roofing panels for sheds or other DIY projects where you need a panel with more flexibility. They do easily flex and are not rigid like some metal roofing panels. Overall, I consider the panels to be good quality, but if I get them again I will keep the width and flexibility in mind.

We built a chicken coop and we needed some metal roofing, this came with 10 pieces. It was very easy to place on top of our chicken coop and it looks very good. It is a nice black color and the black steel material is very good quality. It was easy to apply on our roof for the coop and it also came with a bit of supplies. At the end, it looked really sleek and stylish. The coupe looks amazing and very strong. We have very heavy winds here and it has been pretty stable

My husband needed some metal roofing for a few projects around the house, so this was the perfect find! He needed to add a roof to a section of the woodpile that he extended, and he also wanted to put a rain barrier on the underside of our deck so that the storage area underneath would stay dry and not rot away. The roofing came with some cheap gloves but the best part is that it came with 50 self-tapping screws (with rubber washers)! He was about to go to the store to buy screws when I showed him that it came with them. He cut the roof panels with tin snips easily. The edges were a little banged up but that didn’t matter for our needs. The gray is a nice dark color and the measurements listed are accurate.

So this is 30 gauge steel. Not the typical gauge for "metal roofing" . The corrugation is not as large a the typical R panel for roofing. The coverage is stated with no overlap which you really must do . Usually you would overlap to the 2nd tall hump so the actual coverage is QUITE a BIT LESS THAN STATED. I do not recommend only overlapping the end humps unless leaks in driving rain are of NO CONCERN. Even then I just wouldnt the extra coverage is not worth it to me - I feel this is best for simple structures -like small sheds outdoor add on spaces, lean- to (maybe) or to build your own awnings over window and doors . Whether its worth the money will depend largely on what is available in Your local area for metal roofing - the project. Around me metal roofing is pretty competitive -several suppliers that corrugate flat rolled steel to order exist and even deliver. The width depends on the profile chosen & ranges from 21"- 34" and you choose your colors - silver always cheaper. In most cases I would recommend using R panel if its available to you at good pirces. Its a far more durable product and for larger builds you can get it cut to size - less seams. Than said .. this is great for building your own shed and is more equivalent to the metal used in small metal sheds you see assembled andxbuy as kits- overall its actually bit nicer than most of that metal - higher corrugation and nicer color than most. Plus those sheds are way expensive for what they are. You can 100% build a nicer shed from wood or metal studs and this metal (could be used for the walls as well if you wanted). I didn't really know what to expect here - so I did NOT have a plan for it ( so not disappointed in any way by it ) I'm always down for more metal roofing ;) can always find use for metal. Sjeds , dog house, pump house, chicken coop .. ferel cat condo 😅. Each panel comes with a thin protective coating - so be prepared to peel !! Kinda tedious to get started and unlikely to get it off in one piece , but it will very much protect the surface until install and definitely did so during shipping! Having seen it now - I think I will actually be using this to build a replacement shed for one of my old metal garden sheds. Its seen better days ( roof been patched repeatedly 🤣 and have pinholes in the walls now too.) 🤞 hoping to find matching ridge , and so forth for this grey. I like the color alot!! I haven't done all the maths yet but I'm thinking the one 10pk will do an ~6x10ish size roof ( dont quote me on this though still have some figuring to do 😅 just guess-timating at this point. Again the 75sq ft stated in title- is with NO overlap so do not plan on GETTING 7.5x10 from single box. DO your own figuring. Hope this helps.

No instructions for installation. Black head screws would look better than brass. Didn't realize there was a clear film on them until halfway through the installation. It was very difficult to peel off because it kept tearing. Installed it on our chicken coop roof and nesting boxes
