    • Great but not great?
I love the bag. It's gorgeous and the colors are great. But... a big BUT ... I had searched for this color Brahmin bag in a color I loved that ALSO has a shoulder strap. The shoulder strap sealed the deal. Here comes the BUT... the strap on this particular bag has the adjustment holes in the strap punched on the wrong side, so I can't adjust it. And it needs adjusting. I am torn between sending it back and trying to find someone local who can punch the strap without making a mess of it. I'm really disappointed because it could have so perfect. ... show more
