I didn’t know you could get vegan omega 3s. I’m taking a fistful daily and these seem to work as well as the salmon oil I was taking. Less expensive. A great brand name to rely on for quality.

I was familiar with the Bragg line of products from the Apple Cider Vinegars. I wanted to increase my intake of Omega 3, so I bought Bragg's algae oil product. It's well tolerated. Is small and easily swallowed with no of that fishy aftertaste ( besides, where do you think the fish get their Omega 3's from in the first place?). ... show more

For me Bragg is not only omega 3 it’s apple cider vinegar, yeast, olive oil…etc. I have been trust this brand for years now and the source of its items is always clean and/ raw and/ or organic. Purchased on sale so value was good. I was intrigued by it being organic since I was looking for a quality vitamin. The pills are huge and you need to take 3 of them for daily dose so wasn’t easy to swallow. Taste was okay. I did notice that worked well though.
