My son is 7 years old and super skinny. It's my fault for not reading the description thoroughly. I just saw that they labeled them as "skinny" jeans, which they are not. My son STILL wanted to wear them because he thinks they are super cool. I folded the sides at both sides of the waist enough to sew them for him. They are okay for him to wear now with a belt; however, they still sag a little. The picture is where I sewed them in the back. These sat in my son's closet for so long before he could wear. There are no pull tabs to tighten waist which my child needs. Thenot sure if it's the fit but the thighs were a wider loser fit making the leg look a little funny being so skinny. But I liked the motto style.

They need to mention that the waist isn't adjustable like many other pants. My son is 12 getting taller by the day but super skinny so they don't fit just anyone. Cool jeans in green. Waist seems the right size. I didn't think they'd be this long in the leg. Must be the equivalent of a 32" inseam. I'm not a fan of the way altered jeans look. The hem is never as good as the original. They're nice, but not for us short people.
