This rake is very light and easy to put together. The extensions are self threaded and screw on by themselves. The head of the rake does need attached to the pole and two screws and nuts are provided, even though you only need one. It's worked well for me and I do recommend it.

I debated on buying this because I wasn't sure if it would wind up in the shed with the rest of the rakes. Game changer. It grabs everything! It not only rakes but also pulls put weeds. I have even used it like a pitchfork or to push whatever I'm raking down the hill.

Sturdy and well made This rake requires some assembly - but don't let that scare you away. It was very easy to assemble and comes with the tools needed - took less than 5 minutes. While there are some snippets, there don't seem to be any weak points. It looks and feels solid and is well made. The fully assembled rake is 5 feet tall and adjustable.
