I like that the tubing was numbered for the water spouts. It's very durable fabric not plastic. It hole my 9 year old and he's tall for his age. I'm 5'7" and I can barely reach my toddler on the top deck so it's taller than it looks. I was worried it wouldn't fit my garden hose. It does. It cam with a weird adapter and patches. Ok so... if I’d not had to pay so much for this I’d have given it a 5 star. It is worth about $$4-500, I’d not pay more than that for it, but it’s COVID season, so you pay what you need. It’s a bit smooshy even with the 950w blower. My kids love the multiple slides. I think my primary challenge is that the water is run on outside hosing which is not very sturdy. There were no directions around how to install. It’s quite a hassle to take it on and off. If I’d have known that I’d have likely passed. You need to pull it down nightly. Again for the amount of money I spent I’d have expected the hosing to be interior. If not you get bugs and other things in it and they stain/discolor the material. It is very sturdy and lots of fun key but missing some essential elements. Quick update~ somehow the 3rd time playing with it... something happened and water is now collecting inside of the bouncey. I’ll be following up with the company and will update this review with the resolution. Update a year later with more perspective.. They didn’t have a warranty so to speak but the liner and the exterior began to separate in the bouncer and it would fill up with water. I called them and they offered me money back. I essentially sent it back. I’m not sure I would recommend this brand. I might go with a better more known, higher quality product, stronger material. Also the piping for the water is external. You have to attach it every time. If I had it to over I would go with one that had internal lines. ... show more

Very easy to set up, quality seems very good. Main issue is there is no way to drain the water out of the pool section. You need to deflate and sweep it out or use a pump. Seems to me it would have been easy to install a drain plug or two in pool section.

I purchased this unit as a replacement for my old unit(B01J28635Q) that I left too many days in the hot summer sun(UV) and detriated the material but it was a good first unit of this type. I ended up purchasing another replacement (B07S92DSDV) but decided after a few days that I was not satisfied with the build quality and returned it. You can search my review on it. However, then I decided to fork out an extra $50 for this one (now increased by another $50) and WOW, this one was the winner. It was larger but not too large and I like that I can see all the features on one side; climber, slide, and pool. This is great for being able to watch the kids play safely. The material appears to be very durable and the overall look is better than the picture. Also my existing 450W blower from my orignal inflatable waterslide was more than sufficient. Im glad I made the purchase, but simply need to remind myself not to get lazy and leave it out in the sun this season! Stay well! ... show more

It was a hit with the grandkids. Easy to inflate and set up. The hardest part was the water tubing, some of the spots are “off”, but we made do. We did have a learning curve on where to set it up. We have a slight incline to the yard, my husband didn’t listen to me 😂🙄, and the water from the big pool drained through the tunnel to the little pool. So next time he knows to set it up so the water will go to the wall and not through the tunnel. ... show more

The slide was great but after only one week, the blower quit working. When I read the side of the blower rather than the directions to the slide, it said indoor only and no extension cord. Why would you send an indoor blower with a water slide????

Excellent quality, kids love it. It's just a real pain to dry! I highly anticipate mildew over the cold months ahead while it's in storage. But a great product nonetheless!
