An extra use I have found for them... we have a slight musty smell in our unfinished basement. I hang the randomly from the floorboard beams. My basement is 1250 sq. I scatter about 9 of them at a time. My basement smells so good and fresh. There is no sign of any musty smell. They give off scent for about 2 months. Since the smell does weeken a little. These work surprisingly well, I use them when I dry the clothes and ever since I started using them I’ve noticed that a lot less pet hair is on the clothes when I take it out of the dryer and a lot more pet hair is in the link catcher of the dryer.
